The Director of Enterprise Finance Systems & Transformation is responsible for leading the global strategy, delivery, and optimization of Oracle Financials Cloud ERP, EPM, and OCI platforms. This role partners closely with Finance, Accounting, and IT to architect scalable processes, enhance financial reporting capabilities, and enable global business growth through a modern,



integrated financial technology ecosystem powered by AI and cloud-native automation.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & AI Roadmap
- Define and execute a multi-year transformation roadmap for Oracle Cloud ERP and EPM, leveraging AI and machine learning to support global scale, operational efficiency, and predictive financial insights.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that modernize finance processes and increase automation across the enterprise through GenAI and intelligent process automation.

Cross-Functional Alignment
- Serve as the primary liaison between Finance, Accounting, and IT, ensuring system design meets complex statutory, regulatory, tax, and reporting needs.
- Influence senior stakeholders on technology investments—specifically in OCI services and AI-driven analytics—to improve data governance and decision-making.

Oracle ERP/EPM & AI Excellence
- Lead the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Financials and EPM modules,
