About You:
The candidate for State Manager would be driving the entire Sales & Operations function for the particular state. The State Manager is expected to implement the Retail Fuel station set up , Franchisee /Distribution set up , & smooth flow of operations for his state.
The position shall be accountable for achieving Sales and targets by expansion of Retailer /Franchisee network, leading and motivating the Franchisee/Retailer, achieving the width of expansion, building volumes and implementing the marketing and sales promotion strategies. The manager is one who will assist in ensuring a smooth transaction with the franchisor and the franchisee ensuring all payments being collected to ensure a valuable relationship is being maintained sales, sales promotion, retail chain, marketing and sales, marketing, franchisee/retailer nThe position is responsible for providing etwork.
