This role will be responsible for driving our hiring strategy and process to attract, select, and retain top technical talent. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in technical recruitment and will be passionate about building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the technical hiring landscape and will be able to leverage this expertise to identify and hire top talent for our company's open positions. They will be a strategic thinker with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve hiring goals.

Skills & Qualification
- Proven track record of success in technical recruitment, with a strong understanding of the technical hiring landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.




- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced workplace with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- SHRM-CP or HRCI certifications are a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in technical recruitment.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to attract and select top technical talent for open positions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to offer extension, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of hiring goals.
