Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day activities of electrical work at various stages of construction projects.
- Analyze technical drawings, interpret specifications, and oversee layout work.
- Prepare estimations, BOQ, drawings, and as-built drawings.
- Determine electrical requirements and monitor assigned electrical projects.
- Coordinate and monitor with other contractors and agencies appointed by the management.
- Certify subcontractor bills, interact with general contractors, and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Understand contract documents, construction sequencing, and project schedules.
- Assist in the installation of electro-mechanical works and coordinate electrical-related material systems.
- Liaise with consultants, engineers, inspectors, and relevant staff.
- Ensure adherence to quality documentation and records.
- Oversee and monitor all electrical-related work at the site.
- Estimate and assign resources for HT and LT works.
- Provide engineering and technical support for HT and LT works.
- Set daily targets and ensure their accomplishment for all electrical groups at the site.
- Submit daily reports, inspection requests, estimates, and monitoring reports.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety codes.
- Conduct quality assurance on electrical components and projects and prepare reports.
