The candidate will have to travel to Sangli once a month for a review meeting and every week via Zoom or online for Feedback and Follow-Ups.

Training Period - 2 to 3 weeks at Sangli.

​​​​​​​Job Profile:
- Sales and Business Development: Actively pursue B2B sales of Spices produced, processed, traded and, imported by the company and sold to wholesalers, masala grinders (in-house chakki grinders), Big retailers, large-scale masala manufacturers, as well as namkeen and chips manufacturers, and Exporters.
- Products to sell are Spices, Turmeric, Chilies, Coriander, Pepper, Other South Indian spices and imported Spices
- Product Promotion: Present and sell both whole turmeric (fingers) and turmeric powder in bulk (10-50 kg packs) - In our current brands, as well as tailored and customized to the customer's requirements.




- To understand what the customer is currently buying and then match the same as per their specifications and communicate to the Factory and supply as per their needs.
- Sample Distribution: Distribute and show product samples to potential customers and maintain regular follow-ups to close sales.
- Territory Coverage: Focus on expanding the customer base within their assigned region (explained below).
- Price Templatization: Update pricing templates daily as per market conditions, ensuring competitive and accurate pricing.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with B2B customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.​​​​​​​

Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the food and spices industry (turmeric, masalas, etc.)
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territories.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
