We are seeking proficient Systems Engineers to join our team. This person is expected to be passionate about the way various components and independent subsystems can be put together to achieve final system/product goals. In this role, you will lead the systems engineering for dedicated ground-based telescopes for SSA,



with a future roadmap expanding into Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs), ship-based SSA observatories, and other advanced tactical technologies.

Ideal Candidate:
Work experience in systems engineering of ground-based optical observatories, anti-drone (Counter-UAS) platforms, targeting systems, or Directed Energy Weapons (DEWs).

Responsibilities:
- Define, document, and manage system requirements throughout the product life cycle.
- Plan, configure and allocate requirements to subsystems, ensuring coherence and traceability throughout the design process.
- Perform system-level trade-off studies to optimize performance, reliability, and cost.
- Architect and integrate complex electro-optical tracking systems capable of rapid acquisition and high-fidelity tracking of both orbital and atmospheric targets.
