Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- 8-10 years of experience in MEP design consulting, corporate interior projects team management
- Handle client/ landlord discussions, coordinate with internal & external stakeholders
- Understanding project requirements send out proposals, quotations & manage vendor negotiations
- Leading the complete pre-construction activities related to MEP Design services and Civil QS for Pan- India projects
- Supervision & review of drawings, BOQs and cost estimates of C& I, HVAC, Electrical, fire-fighting and plumbing packages. Manage day-to-day work of MEP & QS team.
- Monitor team performance and ensuring the timely release of team deliverables
- Analyze MEP related issues and formulate solutions
- Lead technical due diligence of expansion projects
- Ensuring proper filing and documentation by the team in line with the company process & standards
