Role - Business Development Representative Lead

Experience - 3-6 Yrs

Location - Bangalore - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and generate recent business opportunities through outbound prospecting, including cold calling, emailing, social media, and networking.
- Qualifying Leads: Assess the potential of leads by understanding their needs, pain points, and buying processes to ensure they are a good fit for the company's products or services.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, providing them with relevant information, resources, and support to move them through the sales funnel.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings, demos, or calls for the sales team with qualified leads, ensuring a smooth handoff to account executives or sales managers.
- Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads using CRM software, ensuring all interactions and progress are recorded accurately.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities,



and customer needs to identify new opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and share feedback from prospects to improve offerings and processes.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for lead generation, qualified leads, and meetings set.

Qualifications :

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, 3 plus years is mandatorily, and 2 years experience in Team leading is crucial
- Lead generation, outbound sales, End to end sales, B2B SAAS, Enterprise sales, Domestic sales.
- Identify potential customers and generate new business opportunities for the company
- Contact and qualify potential customers
- Set appointments and follow up on leads
- Experience in handling team for mini
