- Prepare and maintain Project Plan.
- Timely Preparation/Review of Solution, technical documentation and RCA.
- Execution of plan, tracking and status reporting on regular basis.
- Providing sufficient input to infrastructure team to plan and work in advance.
- Ensuring and implementation of secure code practice by tech leads and developer.
- Ensure not to have repeated UAT and Security observation already reported in past.
- Structured implementation of application maintaining common repository and standardization of messages displayed to customers.
- Updating and recording issues in the plan as proactive steps.
- Ensuring highlights of dependencies escalation at proper level.
- Arranging project level huddle meeting and proper execution of SDLC practices.
- Reporting layers for all vertical manager and program manager.
- Ensure no delay in planned activity & proactive highlight in case of any issue.
- Envisage any blockers and delay in project delivery to be acted with responsibility.




- Submit project metrics to Quality Management Group (QWAY).
- To plan and review for Product Quality activities.
- Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones.
- Determine and define transparent deliverables, roles and responsibilities for staff members required for specific projects or initiatives.
- Ensure timely delivery of SIT, UAT and ISD deliverables.
- Arrangement and forecasting of infra requirement and plan execution.
- Hold regular technical team meetings to determine progress and address any questions or challenges regarding projects.
- Ensuring completion of all admin exercise of API gateway.
- Providing input for preparing and maintaining all SOPs for development, Deployment and their timely review.
