Executive/Senior Executive - IT to manage and maintain the overall IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and troubleshooting, ensuring all systems are secure and operational. This role is crucial in maintaining the technological backbone of the institution, supporting both staff and students.

Key Responsibilities:
- User support, Training, and Troubleshooting in areas of Hardware, Operating systems, MS Office and Support
- In-Depth Knowledge and Troubleshooting: Utilize your extensive IT knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- IT Infrastructure Management
- Oversee and maintain the school's IT infrastructure, including network connectivity, hardware, software, databases, and other related systems.
- System Security and Operation: Ensure all IT systems are secure, operational, and up-to-date with the latest security protocols and updates.
- IT Security Best Practices: Establish and implement best practices for IT security to protect sensitive data and systems from threats.
- Policy Development:



Develop and maintain comprehensive IT policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications (BCA), B.Tech in Computer Science (CS), or equivalent.
- Certifications such as MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer) and CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) are highly desirable.
- 3-5 years of experience in an IT support role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience in managing IT infrastructure.
- Excellent knowledge of network connectivity, hardware, software, and databases.
- Ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of IT security best practices.

Salary: Up to 4-5 lacs per annum.
