1. Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Process Optimization & Digital Enablement Specialist to design, build, and continuously improve productive, scalable, in-house digital workflows that enhance productivity, reduce manual effort, and strengthen execution across Distribution processes.
This role focuses on end-to-end process improvement—from process mapping and redesign to digitisation, deployment, and sustained adoption—using Microsoft 365 and low-code workflow tools. The incumbent will work closely with L&D; stakeholders, sales distribution teams, and operations partners to streamline learning operations, compliance tracking, onboarding journeys,



and enablement workflows.
The role serves as a core process excellence enabler within Distribution L&D;, ensuring consistency, transparency, and operational efficiency across learning and distribution-facing processes.

2. Key Responsibilities
A. Process Digitisation & Workflow Development
• Design, build, test, and deploy digital workflows using Microsoft ecosystem tools to support L&D; and Distribution operations.
• Convert manual, email-driven, and spreadsheet-based processes into structured, trackable digital workflows.
• Create end-to-end process flows integrating Microsoft 365 applications (SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel, Forms, Planner, OneDrive, Power BI).
• Implement approvals, validations, notifications, and reusable components to ensure scalability and consistency.
• Ensure robustness through appropriate controls, version management, performance monitoring, and documentation.
