As we continue to grow, we are looking for an HR Generalist who can drive recruitment while managing core HR operations and employee lifecycle processes in a fast-paced startup environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-energy HR Generalist with strong recruitment capabilities who can manage end-to-end hiring while supporting HR operations, employee engagement, and people processes.

This role requires someone hands-on, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment, collaborating closely with leadership and business teams.





Requirements
1. Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and role expectations.
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and assessments to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview processes and ensure a smooth candidate experience.
- Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, documentation, confirmations, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy (Zoho People preferred).
- Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits admini
