About the Role:
The Marketing Manager – Retail Training will be responsible for driving demand, lead generation, and enrolments for CloudThat's retail training business. The role will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across digital channels, CRM, content, events, webinars,



and partner initiatives to achieve revenue and enrolment targets.This role requires a hands- on marketing leader who can develop growth strategies, optimize marketing funnels, manage teams, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive measurable business outcomes. The individual will lead marketing initiatives from awareness to conversion while ensuring effective utilization of budgets, channels, and resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans to achieve retail training revenue, enrolment, and growth targets.
- Own end-to-end demand generation and lead generation across paid, organic, referral, webinar, event, partnership, and community channels.
- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels including paid media, social media, email marketing, SEO, and website.
- Drive webinars, workshops, bootcamps, masterclasses, events, and other engagement initiatives to generate quality leads and registrations.
