Senior Network Engineer
- Provide L3/L4 technical support for complex network and security incidents.
- Serve as the escalation point for network outages, performance degradation, and critical business-impacting issues.
- Own incident resolution, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem management activities.
- Participate in 24x7 support and major incident response processes as required.
- Collaborate with NOC teams to improve monitoring, alerting, and operational efficiency.
