Job Description
THE JOB:
• Contact potential clients and introduce HireEazy’s value proposition.
• Setup appointments for Senior Management with decision makers in the North American market over the phone.
• Offer solutions, overcome objections, and close the deal Rinse, Lather, Repeat
• Celebrate success in a fun, fast-paced work environment
QUALIFICATIONS:
• You’re a fearless cold caller.
• You enjoy selling.
• Drive new business via outbound prospecting and cold calling into strategic accounts.
• You’re a hunter and thrive in a competitive, performance-based sales environment
• You’re capable of building and managing your own pipeline.
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Customer focused; you can build relationships quickly and effectively
• Organizational skills; you are independent, resourceful and diligent
• Some relevant sales experience preferred but not mandatory
