Role Summary:
Dentsu is seeking an experienced and strategic Director – Account Management (Digital) to join our team in Worli, Mumbai.
This role is responsible for leading and supervising digital account management activities for assigned brands while driving strategic excellence, client partnership, campaign performance, and business growth. The incumbent will represent dentsu in delivering value-driven integrated digital marketing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage digital business for assigned brands while ensuring high-quality campaign execution and client satisfaction.
- Develop integrated digital strategies across social media, content, media, ORM, influencer marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain solid stakeholder relationships.
- Drive strategic planning and execution of digital campaigns aligned with client business goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams including Creative, Media, Strategy, ORM, Tech, and Analytics for seamless campaign delivery.
