About the role




We are seeking an experienced ESG Manager with a robust focus on managing the ESG data in APAC and ESG strategies to join our dynamic team. As an ESG Manager you will be working with the management team closely across the APAC.

Job Responsibilities 
- ESG Strategy and Policy Oversight:
- Lead the overall ESG setup, strategy, and implementation for Igloo end-to-end as POC for external stakeholders like the BOD and certification authorities
- Prepare a comprehensive ESG strategy (policies & procedures), establish the baseline of Igloos current ESG status, identify goals and action plans to get there - track and share updates internally and to external stakeholders (e.g. the BOD/customers/employees)
- Ensure alignment with ESG disclosure requirements and best practices.
- Identify potential challenges and proactively manage them to ensure on-time and quality deliverables.
- Lead external audits and certification processes (e.g. for the Client Protection Pathway or Principles for Sustainable Insurance)
