Manages and defines the product(s), solution(s) and/or service(s) assigned and drives their business performance across the whole product lifecycle.Your role:
- Define and evolve product strategy and roadmap for complex, distributed healthcare software platforms, ensuring alignment with customer needs, clinical workflows, interoperability requirements, and long‑term business objectives.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Architecture, QA, Clinical, and Customer‑facing teams to translate user needs and regulatory constraints into transparent product requirements, epics, and prioritized backlogs.
- Drive requirements clarity and system definition, partnering with architects to shape interfaces,



data flows, and integration strategies—especially across oncology, imaging, and hospital information systems.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory expectations, embedding safety‑critical considerations, quality processes, and interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and DICOM into product decisions.
- Own cross‑functional communication and alignment, coordinate with other product owners to align roadmaps providing clear articulation of product goals, tradeoffs, and outcomes to diverse stakeholders including executives, engineering teams, clinical partners, and customers.
- Champion user value and outcome‑driven development, using data, insights, and clinical understanding to drive prioritization and ensure product capabilities deliver measurable impact.
