Job Description:

o P&L; Management for the CF+SF business

o Identify new asset classes and funding opportunities for the business

o Develop recent products

o Monitor and Implement Processes aligning to Regulatory changes

o System Development to Support Regulatory Changes & Business Needs

o Early identification of Real Estate Trends leading to Business Opportunities and potential Risks

o Process owner for the CF+SF Business

o Monitor competition in terms of solutions and pricing offered to the clients

o Understand the market opportunities, and potential risks

o Daily business monitoring in terms of Plan v Achievement

o Work with CBO on a rolling 5 year RE Market and TCHFL Blueprint for CF Business
