Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial operations of the company including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices
- Manage cash flow and monitor financial performance to identify areas for improvement
- Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to develop financial strategies and support decision-making processes
- Monitor and manage investments and financial risks
- Manage relationships with banks, auditors, and other financial institutions
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide regular financial updates to senior management
- Ensure timely and accurate tax filings and compliance with tax laws and regulations
- Train and supervise finance team members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in financial regulations to ensure compliance and identify opportunities for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting(CA), or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Minimum of 5-9 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related field
- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and best practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proven experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team workplace
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
- Experience in real estate or property development industry is a plus
