The Director of Product Management role entails dynamic involvement in strategy, partnership building, technical enhancements, and effective communication within the team of accomplished domain experts from ZenTrades' founding team.

Strategic Planning: Review and refine the overall product strategy based on market trends, customer feedback, and business objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to align the product roadmap with the company's vision and goals.

Team Management: Set explicit goals and expectations for team members, providing regular feedback and performance evaluations. Participating in agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end development process, from concept to deployment. This includes setting development priorities, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and align development efforts with business goals.

Implement strategies for scaling our platform while maintaining high performance and reliability
