Job Summary:
Aritech is looking for a full time Systems Cloud & Integration Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on providing technical support, integrating third-party systems, delivering tailored solutions to customers, troubleshoots various cloud-based services, including databases & learning management system to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security. They are responsible for monitoring system health and resolving complex technical issues. This role implies close interaction with development and operations teams to align cloud strategies, training programs, processes and content development with business objectives particularly in the integration of security systems and APIs, optimizing resource utilization, and implementing industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide training and technical support to customers regarding system functionalities.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues efficiently.Troubleshoot and address issues with cloud infrastructureInstall and maintain software, operating systems,



and hardware components.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for cloud systems, including architecture diagrams, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guidesAssist customers with tasks such as user profile creation, updates, and backups.Assist with the deployment and setup of cloud resourcesManage and distribute technical documents to customers when required.Analyze cloud system performance metrics and logs to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend improvements or upgradesEnsure the seamless integration of third-party systems and APIs (e.g., security systems like cameras, intrusion sensors).Collaborate with internal teams and external integrators to ensure successful implementation of security solutions.Develop and implement customized solutions based on customer-specific needs and requirements.Analyze customer and user requirements to design effective software solutions.Write
