A proven track record of delivering content assignments:
- Responsible for creation of soft skill/behavioural/functional content in the Automotive Industry
- Working on the tool to create the soft skill content
- Responsible for following processes and compliance for effective delivery of content
- Individual Contributor Role
- Responsible for creation of content/ working with empaneled partners for delivery of the same basis the project requirement
Main KRA’s-
- Content Development & Delivery
- Effectively deliver content volumes
- Vendor management
- Client interface for content inputs and delivery
Role & Responsibilities
- Produce well-researched content
- Design, and develop programs for training the role-holders across industries
- Contextualize and develop content as per the job role learning requirement
- Utilize industry best practices and familiarity with the organization's mission to inspire ideas and content
- Collaborate with various stakeholders for devising the content
- Frontend the content function in front of the customer
- Ensure on-time delivery with quality
- Manage the delivery and closure of content projects
- Be the interface between the customer and CLL
- Manage the partners/ align new partners with CLL
Qualifications
Education
MBA/Post Graduate (optional)
