We are looking for a BDR Manager to build and lead our APAC outbound motion from our Chennai office — partnering with global sales leadership to instill rigorous outbound discipline and develop the next generation of APAC sales talent.

What You Will Own
As BDR Manager – APAC, you will lead a team of high-performing BDRs focused exclusively on outbound pipeline generation across Mid-Market and Enterprise segments in the Asia-Pacific region. Your success will be measured by the following outcomes:
