Job Description





The Lead Architect will be responsible for leading architectural design and coordination for large-scale Metro Rail and Airport infrastructure projects. The role involves concept development, detailed design, authority approvals, stakeholder coordination, and team leadership to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead architectural design for Metro stations, depots, airport terminals, concourses, and allied infrastructure.
- Develop concept, schematic, and detailed design drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, BIM, and civil teams to ensure integrated design solutions.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, airport/metro authority standards, fire norms, and sustainability guidelines.
- Manage design documentation, BOQs, specifications, and tender drawings.
- Attend client meetings and presentations; address design comments and revisions.
