We are looking for a Team Lead – International Inside Sales who will manage and drive an international sales team focused on acquiring customers across global markets. The role involves sales strategy execution,



team leadership, pipeline management, and revenue growth for the international business.
Responsibilities
Sales Strategy and Planning
 Develop and implement effective international sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
 Collaborate with senior management to align sales goals with overall business objectives.
 Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential customer segments and sales opportunities.
 Define sales processes, methodologies, and performance metrics to optimize sales effectiveness.
Team Leadership and Management
 Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing inside sales team.
 Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to team members to enhance their sales skills and performance.
 Set explicit sales targets, monitor individual and team progress, and provide regular feedback.
