- Chartered Accountant / MBA from Tier 1 colleges
- 5-8 years of experience in risk underwriting, Regional sales and regional P&L; roles in NBFCs with large SME lending products portfolio (ex: LAP)
- To create and manage 'Working Capital Loans' as a product for Suppliers on Zetwerk Platform.
- To create the business plan, Strategy roadmap and implementation processes for scaling WC loans to SME suppliers could be the best match for our requirement.
- Responsible for Debt funding and lending operations
- To build a robust team and setting up the people processes for scale
- Responsible for building a debt capital book for Zetwerk to be used for lending to SME suppliers.
- Setting up the internal process for risk underwriting while sanctioning the loan to SME suppliers
- To build a larger debt capital book for Zetwerk with potential partnerships, and to create up to 100 Cr Debt capital source within a year.
