Job Title: Guest relation Executive

Experience: 5-7 years

Job Description:
- To ensure that all guests have a comfortable, pleasant and memorable experience during

their arrival and to welcome and provide a positive and rewarding experience to Guests
- Review arrival lists to welcome guests, manage reservations.
- Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries.
- Help prepare welcome collateral.
- Provide information about amenities, area and venues and promote services.
- Anticipate guest needs and build rapport with customers.
- Offer assistance and enhance Guest experiences.
- Address customer complaints and escalate to Outlet Manager when needed.
- Record information in the logbook daily.
- Ensure compliance with health and quality standards.

Qualifications:
- Graduates, with 5-7 years experience in a similar position.
- Well Groomed, Positive looking, Presentable, Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, People handling skills, Ability to work under pressure, knowledge of foreign language.
