Manager Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate leads.
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, display advertising, and PPC campaigns.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
- Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics.
- Execute tests, collect and analyze data, and identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns.
- Manage the company's social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and additional channels that may be deemed relevant.




- Create shareable content appropriate for specific networks to spread both our brand and our content.
- Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
- Analyze digital marketing performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations for future strategies.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or related field.
- Proven working experience in digital marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Robust understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and CRM software.
- Proficiency in marketing automation technology.
- Knowledge of web design, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
- Google Analytics and Google AdWo
