In charge of AI-driven Smart Ad Serving System Architecture, Design and Implementation

Responsibility:
- Set-up and Lead the AI-driven Smart Ad Serving Platform initiatives at Huawei, India R&D;
- Design and develop a scalable, real-time Ad Serving engine. Identify and optimize the core modules such as Traffic Prediction, Optimization, Ad Targeting/Re-targeting, Ad Performance Optimization, Audience insights, Attribution, Bidding, re-ranking, and Diagnostics. Support hundreds of billions of ad requests per day, with efficiently cache technology.
- To build and enhance Ad platform features and Prediction capabilities in Huawei Ads Platform
- Optimized Cost Per Mille; Optimized Cost Per Action; Optimized Cost Per Click and Cost per Click. OCPM, OCPA, OCPC.
- To build mediation platform and 3rd party Ad integration
- Responsible for Modeling AI/ML/DL Algorithms on prediction domain for Huawei Ads.
- Responsible for building and validate large scale datasets real-time for prediction, Optimization and Ad spend recommendations
- Implement strong quality methods,



ensure product development progress, quality and user experience
- Implement company's security and privacy requirements.

Requirements:
- Experience in building state of the art large scale, real-time Internet Ad Serving systems include; DSP Engine, SSP, Ad Exchange and Analytics and preferably experience in Attribution and Diagnostics subsystems
- Experience in Performance optimization of various subsystems of Ad Engine
- Experience in Predictive capability of Ad Engine including Inventory, Performance, Spend recommendations and attribution, etc.
- Experience in Optimizing Cost Per Mille; Optimized Cost Per Action; Optimized Cost Per Click and Cost per Click. OCPM, OCPA, OCPC
- Experience in Micro service based large scale distributed system architecture & development
- Solid hands-on experience in implementing and validating Big Data algorithms and models including Deep Learning models like CNN/RNN/LSTM/GRU et
