Position Overview:
As an Airport Check-in & Passenger Handling Staff, you will be responsible for providing efficient and friendly check-in services to our passengers. You will also assist with various tasks related to passenger handling and ensure a seamless travel experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter
- Check passengers' travel documents and verify their identity
- Issue boarding passes and baggage tags
- Collect baggage fees and process payments
- Assist passengers with special needs or requests
- Answer any questions or concerns from passengers
- Ensure compliance with all security and safety regulations
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations
- Handle any issues or complaints from passengers with professionalism and efficiency
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and professionalism
- Solid attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of airline reservation systems
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be physically able to lift and move heavy baggage
- Fluency in English and knowledge of other languages is a plus
