Job Summary
You will help clients translate business and user needs into digitally enabled commerce solutions. The role requires a consultative techno-functional Business Analyst who can work independently in client-facing engagements, connect business objectives with platform capabilities, and enable delivery teams through clear requirements, backlog readiness and stakeholder alignment.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Lead the Business Analysis workstream for eCommerce delivery, owning BA approach, requirement governance, quality standards and stakeholder alignment.
- Partner with client Product Owners, business sponsors,



solution architects and delivery leads to shape scope, roadmap and prioritization decisions.
- Run senior stakeholder workshops to frame business problems, define outcomes, identify value levers and align on implementation approach.
- Guide as-is/to-be process design, capability mapping, gap analysis, backlog strategy and release scoping across multiple functional areas.
- Build/review epics, features, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows and functional specifications
- Identify solution options and make recommendations that balance business value, user experience, platform constraints, delivery risk and technical complexity.
- Own requirements traceability, change impact analysis and decision management across discovery, inception, construction, UAT and release.
- Lead cross-functional ceremonies involving client business users, product owners, UX, architecture, engineering, QA, data/integration and program management.
