Service Ownership & Operational Excellence
· Own the delivery and operations of CPQ (Configure Price Quote) platforms, ensuring stability,
reliability, and adherence to SLAs/KPIs.
· Drive robust IT Service Management (ITSM) practices, including incident response, change management, and root cause analysis within the CPQ and broader sales tech stack. · Ensure high availability and performance of CPQ systems through proactive monitoring, issue triaging, and capacity planning.
