About the Role:

We're seeking a passionate and agile Project Manager/Scrum Master to lead the development of innovative software solutions focused on improving health care. This person will champion a collaborative and transparent culture while guiding our team of developers, designers, and stakeholders through successful project sprints, ensuring we deliver exceptional solutions that empower chiropractors and enhance patient experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of chiropractic software projects on time and within budget,



utilizing agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
- Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-up meetings, and retrospectives, fostering a highly engaged and accountable team environment.
- Collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and developers to understand business needs, translate them into user stories, and prioritize work effectively.
