Responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Work Skill Diploma (WSD) program at the allocated site
- Maintain and validate student records, including enrollment, attendance, assessments, and progression data
- Ensure accurate upkeep of attendance logs, assessment records, and skill evaluation documentation
- Prepare, maintain, and support compliance, audit, and inspection reports as per regulatory and organizational requirements
- Coordinate and track On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) attendance, task completion, skill progression, and mentor feedback
- Observe, record, and escalate safety observations related to training, shop‑floor exposure, and OJT activities
- Monitor trainer availability, deployment, and attendance to ensure uninterrupted training delivery
- Ensure strict adherence to the approved curriculum, training plans, and prescribed pedagogy
- Maintain training quality standards across classroom, lab, and workplace learning environments
- Enforce safety discipline among students, trainers,
and mentors during all training and OJT activities
- Act as the primary site‑level coordination point between industry mentors, trainers, academic partners, and central WSD teams
- Provide regular status updates and structured reports on operations, training quality, compliance, and safety
Qualifications
- Engineering Graduate (Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Renewable / Industrial or related discipline) with 5+ years of relevant experience
- Familiarity with shop‑floor operations, safety protocols, and site‑based workforce training environments
- Experience in green energy sectors with solid exposure to solar manufacturing operations.

- Experience coordinating with industry mentors, supervisors, and technical teams at operational sites is desirable
