Role is part of Stefanini's Infrastructure Services Division, the Digital Workplace Platform (DWP) team continues to grow, and we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Technical Architect to join our Professional Services team.

As a Microsoft 365 Architect, you will be responsible for implementing and managing Microsoft 365 solutions for our clients. You will work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and provide technical expertise to ensure successful deployment and adoption of Microsoft 365 technologies.

We are looking for a profile with a solid Microsoft 365 technical background combined with solid customer leadership skills. This role will require significant customer interaction. The candidate must have broad, multi-discipline, Enterprise IT experience and must deliver customer-centric solutions that improve the user experience.

Job responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their technical and business needs and implement Microsoft 365 solutions that align with their goals and objectives.




- Be able to implement solutions for Microsoft 365, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other connected technologies (i.e., AD, AADConnect, ADFS, Azure AD, Identity Provider Solutions like i.e., Okta, Azure and other Automation Solutions, Exchange Server, mail relay and hygiene technologies and/or Migration Tools, etc.).
- Provide guidance and support to clients during the implementation and migration process, ensuring smooth and successful deployment of Microsoft 365 solutions. (i.e., working experience with one or more of the following migration tools: BitTitan, Quest, Sharegate, CloudiWay)
- Conduct technical assessments and audits to identify areas for improvement and optimization within existing Microsoft 365 environments.
- Stay up to date with the latest Microsoft 365 technologies, features, and best practices, and provide recommendations to clients for leveragin
