Job Description
We are hiring for the following positions:
1)Senior Tech Support Executives:
No.of Vacancies:15
Job Profile:
Taking inbound calls with printer,router and antivirus issues from the customer. Diagnosing the issue and recommending the best plan to the customer.
Selling technical support plan along with relevant software.
Candidate Profile:
Must Have Experience in Outbound Tech Support for more than 6 months .
Must know how to close their own calls.
Must have good convincing skills.
Must have Experience in handling calls of printers, routers and anti viruses.
Salary:15% to 20% hike on last drawn
Shift :8:30pm-6:30am
Working Days:6 days(rotational Off 1 day)
2) Web Sales Consultant/Sr.web Consultant/Team leader:
No of vacancies:10
Job Profile: Develop and Maintain proper interaction
and reputation with the clients (Australian & UK Clients)
Understand the business needs of
the Clients.
Candidate Profile: Must have experience in website selling process for more than 6months.Must have positive communication skill.
Salary: Hike on Last Drawn
Shift:Morning-6:30am-3:30pm
Night:9:30pm-6:30am
Working Days:5 days working(Fixed Saturday and Sunday off)
