QA-QC Engineer
Department - Quality
Location - Ahmedabad

Job Responsibilities :
- Must have full knowledge of Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC), its ingredients, design mix etc.
- Knowledge of various type of cement, RMC grades and testing parameters.
- Regular inspection & testing of incoming materials require for RMC.
- Maintain & Manage the QC equipment and plant machinery calibration.
- Proficiency in preparing most cost-effective concrete mix design.
- Inspect quality and storage of material received at plant.
- Trial Mix of all types of concrete will be done by quality Incharge
- Maintaining Lab/ Field test reports.
- Daily base co-coordinating with client/consultant for material selection/testing/Mix design approval.
- Ensure material quality checking and compliance with quality parameters.
- Documentation of testing process and reports of materials & final product.

Skills, Experience & Competencies:

Qualification : B.E. or Diploma or B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Experience : 3-10 years in high-rise building construction
Must Haves : Prior contractor firm experience as QA-QC Engineer in building project
