understanding of drafting agreements like Development,
Sale, Lease, Leave & License etc

knowledge of leasing administration process
Overall Purpose/Objective
Of the job
Responsible for supporting
the leasing/projects/center operation teams by providing expert advice on
legal and regulatory matters related to the project/center, ensuring total
compliance with relevant legal norms/ framework; vetting all contracts/
agreement drafted, ensuring protected custody of legal documents and monitoring swift resolution of legal issues
in the organization.
Key Responsibilities

- Ensure that the
projects maintain a strong and consistent legal compliance record and also
are completed and operated as per statutory/regulatory norms and no penalty
clauses are invoked against the Company
- Support the leasing/projects/Marketing/
Finance & Accounts/ center Operation teams by providing expert advice on
legal and regulatory matters related to the project
- Ensure and
oversee timely submission of relevant documents and returns to external
stakeholders / regulatory authorit
