Description
- The TPP Officer – Product & Governance will be responsible for strengthening partner process governance, product-level compliance readiness, and zonal monitoring across Life and General Insurance businesses.
- The role will focus on governance, issue tracking, commercial checks, branding income oversight, and technology/API readiness, while acting as a key interface between Head Office, Zones, Partners, and Technology teams.

Responsibilities
- The TPP Officer – Product & Governance ensures robust partner process governance across Life and General Insurance, driving compliance-readiness for products and journeys in line with RBI and IRDAI norms.
- The role manages commercial and branding income governance, conducts reconciliation checks, and mitigates conduct risks.




- It tracks and monitors issues raised by Compliance, Internal/External Audit, and Regulators, identifying systemic trends and coordinating closures.
- The role partners with IT to ensure compliant system/API design, supports UAT, and enables regulatory-driven controls.
- It acts as the governance link between HO and Zones, supporting compliance interpretation, monitoring zonal conduct risks, and flagging early warnings

Qualifications

Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
10 -12 years of experience in Bancassurance / Insurance / Third Party Products.
