What You’ll Do:
?Product Development: Formulate and develop new hair color, hair care and beauty products, ensuring quality and performance.
?Testing & Quality Control: Conduct trials, stability testing, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
?Research & Innovation: Stay updated on industry trends, new ingredients, and emerging technologies.
?Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and production, to bring products to market.
?Documentation: Maintain accurate records of formulations, processes, and testing outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
✔ Experience: Minimum 3 years in R&D;, specializing in cosmetology, hair color, or hair care.
✔ Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related fields.
✔ Skills: Strong formulation expertise, problem-solving mindset & a passion for innovation.
