Position Overview

The Team Lead of the Staffing Team will be responsible for overseeing and managing the recruitment processes and day-to-day operations of the staffing function. This role involves providing leadership, direction, and support to the staffing team to ensure the effective recruitment of top talent for the organization. The Team Lead will collaborate closely with hiring managers, HR leadership, and other key stakeholders to fulfil the company's workforce needs, while ensuring compliance with organizational policies, recruitment best practices, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Management
o Lead, mentor, and coach a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance and support on staffing strategies, candidate sourcing, and interview processes.
o Develop and implement training programs to enhance the team’s skills in recruitment techniques, candidate evaluation,



and client management.
o Set performance expectations, monitor team progress, and conduct regular performance reviews.
o Foster a positive team culture based on collaboration, continuous improvement, and achievement of team goals.

2. Recruitment Strategy & Execution
o Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to candidate offer and onboarding.
o Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
o Identify, attract, and source qualified candidates using various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and staffing agencies.
o Ensure timely and productive fulfilment of open roles, balancing quality of hire with speed of delivery.

3. Stakeholder Management
o Partner with internal departments and business leaders to understand workforce planning and talent needs.
o Provide regular updates to hiring managers
