What You’ll Do (The Mission):
- Deep-Dive Sourcing: Go beyond the surface. Use your "Ninja" skills to uncover passive candidates who aren’t on the typical radar.
- The Hunt: Utilize advanced Boolean strings, X-ray searches, and niche platforms to build a pipeline of high-caliber talent.
- Read Between the Lines: Use your "People Reader" intuition to assess culture fit and potential long before the first interview.
- Strategic Outreach: Craft personalized, high-conversion messages that make top-tier talent stop and listen.
Your Sniper Toolkit:
- LinkedIn Ninja:
You know the ins and outs of Recruiter Lite/Corporate and how to bypass the noise.
- Boolean Expert: You write search strings in your sleep.
- Sharp Intuition: You have a "gut feeling" for talent, backed by data and experience.
- Persistence: You understand that the best gems are often the hardest to find.
The Essentials:
Experience: 1+ year in high-stakes sourcing or recruitment.
- Education: MBA (HR Preferred). We are looking for specialists who understand the business of talent.
- Compensation: Upto ₹3.5 LPA
- Timings: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM IST or 11:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (Fixed 5-day workweek).
- Communication: Sharp, persuasive, and qualified English skills.
- Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (Office-based role).
