Our company undertakes projects for Steam Boilers, Cogeneration systems, Trigeneration systems and Thermic fluid heaters on Built, Own, Operate and Transfer (BOOT) basis.
The company also took up business of sale of steam and heat by operating and maintaining already installed plants in client’s premises.
A site service engineer's responsibilities include:

Diagnosing and resolving issues
They troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, either remotely or on-site. They may also provide on-call assistance to customers.

Installing, maintaining, and repairing equipment
They may install, configure,
and train users on how to use the equipment or systems. They may also perform regular inspections, tests, repairs, and upgrades.

Providing customer support
They may walk customers through how equipment works and explain new features. They may also provide explicit customer feedback.

Documenting service activities
They may maintain field service records as support is provided and upgrades are deployed.

Collaborating with other teams
They may collaborate with other teams for intricate problem-solving.
