Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Estimation Engineer to prepare quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for residential real estate projects. The candidate should have a valuable understanding of civil drawings, construction materials, and rate analysis to support project planning and budgeting.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity estimates from architectural, structural, and service drawings.
- Develop and maintain Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for residential projects.
- Perform rate analysis for civil and finishing works.
- Obtain and compare quotations from vendors and subcontractors.
- Assist in preparing project budgets and cost plans.
- Verify quantities executed at site and reconcile with BOQ.
- Coordinate with project, procurement, and design teams for estimation requirements.
- Track material consumption and support cost control activities.
- Prepare variation statements and cost comparison reports.
- Maintain estimation records and project cost databases.
