About the role
The Founder's Office is a unique, high-trust role that sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will work directly with the Founder to drive the company's operating rhythm, support fundraising and investor relations, and coordinate across our Tech, HR, and Ops teams. This is not a support role; it is a force-multiplier role. You will have a front-row seat to every critical decision Origin makes,



and your work will directly shape how we scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Operations & Execution
- Own Origin's OKR framework — setup, tracking, quarterly reviews, and blocker escalation
- Manage the Founder's weekly priorities; prep briefing notes and own all post-meeting follow-ups
- Drive the company's operating cadence — all-hands, leadership reviews, and planning offsites
- Stakeholder & Investor Relations
- Draft and send monthly investor updates, coordinating with Finance for key metrics
- Own the data room, keep financials, cap table, and product docs always audit-ready
- Track the investor pipeline; prep meeting materials, including decks, one-pagers, and FAQs
- Cross-functional Project Management
- Be the connective tissue across Tech, HR, Marketing, and Ops — own the project tracker and resolve dependencies early
- Lead special projects from the Founder that span functions or don't have a natural home
