- Extensive Experience in developing marketing strategies and brand building
- Hands on experience in budget management
- Identify and leverage strategic partnerships and collaborations that can help amplify the company's marketing efforts and reach new audiences.
- Thorough market knowledge through proper market research and Competitor Analysis

Job Roles and Responsibilities:
- Developing Marketing Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives and growth targets. This includes identifying target audiences, defining positioning and messaging, and outlining key tactics and channels.
- Brand Building: Build and maintain a strong brand identity that resonates with the target market. Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including website,



social media, advertising, and product packaging.
- Customer Acquisition: Lead efforts to acquire new customers through various channels, including digital marketing (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media advertising), content marketing, email marketing, influencer partnerships, and offline channels as appropriate.
- Retention and Loyalty: Develop strategies to increase customer retention and foster loyalty. Implement programs such as referral programs, loyalty rewards, and personalized marketing initiatives to engage and retain existing customers.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with the product development team to understand product features, benefits, and USPs (Unique Selling Propositions). Develop and execute product marketing campaigns to drive awareness and adoption of recent products and features.
