SW Staff Engineer
LOCATION: Hyderabad, India

Key Responsibilities and Deliverables
What you will be responsible for and what you will do
- Take full ownership of requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and deployment of integration services.
- Manage end-to-end delivery life cycle including production readiness, monitoring, and support.




- Ensure that features and services delivered by the team meet performance, reliability, and security expectations.
- Design and develop Admin platform features using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Contribute to architectural discussions and ensure solutions follow best practices for scalability and maintainability
- Collaborate with product, security, and engineering teams to deliver seamless, secure experiences
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards for financial services • Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and drive best practices in secure identity management

Qualifications and Experience:
- 12+ years in the technology industry, software engineering experience with strong expertise in Java Spring and springboot , APIs design.
- 3+ years in technical leadership, working with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, design etc.).
