The job would entail the following:
• Target setting for the branches based on portfolio mix- product & channel based on the allocation done to the branches
• Target setting for the cluster based on portfolio mix- product & channel based on the allocation done to the cluster
• Target setting for the Zone based on portfolio mix- product & channel based on the allocation done to the Zone
• Daily performance tracking against target at Branch/Cluster/Zone level
• Identification of low/high performing Branch/Cluster/Zone level. Discuss with the respective Branch/Cluster/Zone level to improve collection efforts based on target setting
• MOM/YOY comparison of performance of Branch/Cluster/Zone level based on collection trends
• Help FH to deliver on Branch targets set for different buckets based on data crunching
• Connect with the respective Branch/Cluster/Zone level to improve collection
• Deep dive on calling made by Branch/Cluster/Zone level both reach & frequency of the calls made
• Understanding calling disposition and presenting dashboards to FH on the efforts made Branch/Cluster/Zone for renewal collection
