Job Description:

We are having an urgent opening for the position of Leader - RT for a reputed Company in FMCG industry at the Bhubaneswar Locations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Tentatively for distributor handling.
- Achieve the given sales target as per respective routes.
- Maintain and record periodically sampling and marketing activities.
- Sharing the report to the senior managers as per requirements.
- Develop and penetrate new market.
- Ensure the records and maintenance of the company assets.
- Business development planning/strategy.
- Sales analysis capability.

Age: Up to 30 Years

Gender - Male

Candidates Profile:
- Good communicator, team handling, punctual, polite to others, responsible, sincerity towards job, positive and creative thinker.
- Good command on Microsoft office e.g. MS Excel & Power point.
- Local candidate.
- Languages known: English, Hindi and Local Language.
- Pleasant personality, positive communication skills, teamwork, basic computer knowledge and must have two-wheeler driving license (four-wheeler license is favorable).
